Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has king size double bed, built-in double wardrobe with safe. Small balcony bedside cabinets plus chest of drawers,portable fan.Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (or put together as a double). Double wardrobe,bedside cabinet,portable fan.

 

Bathrooms: Main first floor bathroom fully tiled with new 1.7 mt. Shower unit.Ground floor second bathroom also has a shower cubicle (no bathtub).

 

Kitchen: Open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar with four stools, Oven, four ring ceramic hob. New Ikea stainless steel fitted kitchen with all new cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils microwave and fridge/freezer.

 

Utility Room: Large utility room with New washing machine, stainless steel sink and clothes drying area, also beach storage unit.Living Rooms: Open plan living room, with double sofabed, two armchairs,coffee table and New flat screen TV with English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV C4) DVD player, ipod dock MP3.and cd player. Wifi

 

Other: New enlarged patio with two tables and chairs and large cantilever umbrella.Two sunbeds.

 

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All towels linen are included. The property is cleaned and the sheets and towels are changed weekly.Amenities/Facilities: Shared Pool, Parking. Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine. Cable, Cot, High Chair, Internet Access, Room Fans, Satellite, TV.
