Master Bedroom with private balcony, en-suite and walk-in wardrobe (see pics).

Bedroom 2, double bed and private balcony (see pics).

Bedroom 3, double bed.

Bedroom 4, loft, kids room with twin singles.

Bedroom 5, basement bedroom with en-suite.Bathrooms: En suite for master bedroom with walk-in shower.En suite for basement bedroom with walk-in shower.

Bedrooms 2, 3 and loft room share a third bathroom.

 

Powder/utility room on ground floor.

 

Kitchen: Fully equipped open plan kitchen with all appliances. Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, microwave and coffee maker

 

Utility Room: Washing machine and separate dryer.

 

Living Rooms: The ground floor is open plan surrounding a central centre piece fireplace. Wood floor throughout. Dining table with seating for 8 and seating in the lounge area for 8 also.

 

Other: The entrance hall has a store cupboiard with ample room for skis and boots. The huge basement has a games/TV room with a large L-shaped sofa , plamsa TV with satillite and a DVD. Next to this is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

 

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: All linen and towels are included. The chalet is cleaned just prior to guests arrival. For stays longer than a week additional cleaning is included each week. Any other cleaning will incur a charge.

Accessibility There is parking for up to four cars outside the property. Access is down 3/4 swallow steps to the front door.

 

OutsideThe ground floor has a sizeable decked terrance leading from the patio doors. This is ideal for bbq's during the summer.
