Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and insect screens to external windows and doors. The twin beds can be made into doubles on request.

 

Bathrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 have en-suite shower rooms while bedroom 3 has an adjacent shower room that is available for general use. The villa has a drainage system to EU standards which allows paper to be put down the toilet. The water is softened.

 

Kitchen: The first floor kitchen / dining area is equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich maker and kettle as well as crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking equipment. There is a dining table and 8 chairs.

 

Utility Room: There is a separate utility room with washing machine and sink. An ironing board and iron are available

 

Living Rooms: The living room is furnished with large corner sofa and 2 chairs. There is wifi & internet access, TV, DVD player & Ipod dock. There is also a selection of DVDs , books and games.Other: Patio doors from the kitchen area lead to a shaded terrace with fine views, table, chairs & BBQ for al fresco dining.

 

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided. These are changed twice a week when the villa is also cleaned.

Location Type: Beach, Rural.AccessibilityThere is wheelchair access to the living area and ground floor bedrooms of the main villa as well as the pool area, however there are stairs up to the kitchen and dining room and down to the apartment.

 

Outside:The entrance drive leads down to the parking area. From here a path leads around to the main entrance door to the villa. There is also a gateway to the back door and pool area. The pool is 5m x 8m and is surrounded by a stone paved terrace which is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs. The pool has a chlorine free cleansing system so no chemicals are used. Steps from the pool terrace lead down to the apartment. On the ground floor of the villa is a shaded veranda which can be accessed from the living room and two of the bedrooms while on the first floor there is the dining terrace. All verandas and terraces have fabulous views of Arillas, the surrounding countryside and the Diapontia Islands.
