Accessibility: As a bungalow the internal of the property is suitable for those with mobility problems. However there are 3 steps down to the terrace from the dining room and a further 3 steps down to the garden. And one of the bedrooms has a small step to get to it.

Outside: South facing enclosed garden 40 feet deep by 70 feet wide overlooking Daisy, Derek & Deliah - cows in the next field and down into Lee valley.
