Accommodation description
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed en-suite. Security safe. Second bedroom king size bed en-suite - This can also be converted into separated twin beds, plus we can also accommodate additional beds for a total of 5 persons in the villa.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms plus a hallway powder room: The master bathroom has a generous, shower and double vanity with large mirrors. The second bathroom has a tub/shower with a sink/mirror combination. There is also a hallway powder room.
Kitchen: A modern Italian kitchen with granite counter tops, fitted with ceramic hob, electric oven, large stainless steel fridge, microwave and built-in cupboards as well as dishwasher. Kitchen equipped with blender, coffee maker and toaster. Utility Room: A utility room with a second refrigerator for addition wine or other items, plus barbecue.
Living Rooms: Sitting room has a love seat sofa, a twin seater couch and oversize foot rest. Also an antique 'planters' chair and rocker together with a writing desk. Satelite TV and DVD player is provided along with some classic DVD movies.
Other: The open sided terrace overlooks the pool deck and garden and sits immediately off the living room area and kitchen. Adarondak chairs provide a comfortable setting and at night the garden and pool lighting create a magical tropical setting.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Full linen service is provided and the villa has housekeeping service three times weekly although this can be increased to daily service upon request. Beach and pool towels are also provided. AccessibilityThe entrance walkway has separated pavers which may prove difficult for someone using a wheelchair. However, the internal villa is all on one level floor.
Outside: Outdoor verandah overlooking large pool deck and a private garden. Extensive flowering gardens and lawns wrap around the perimeter providing an entirely private setting with large swimming pool. The gardens are intended as a special feature in this tropical environment and the owners have gone to great lengths to make this a highlight. One feature on the gardens includes a bathtub from a Sandy Lane Hotel suite which now is home to the resident team of goldfish. The bathtub itself was once used by a prominent member of the British royal family as well as other celebrities.
