Bathrooms: Family bathroom with bath/shower, wc, sink.Family bathroom with shower, wc, sink.En-suite to bedroom 1 with shower, wc and sink.En-suite to bedroom 2 with shower, wc and sink.

 

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge with freezer section, washing machine, microwave, food processor, dishwasher.

 

Living Rooms: Spacious lounge looking onto front patio with its fabulous panoramic views, TV, video, DVD, CD/radio. Furnished with sofas, chairs and coffee table and occasional tables. Dining room with large table and seating.

 

Other: The villa is fully airconditioned. Cot and high chair are available.

 

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. The villa is cleaned at the beginning and once in the middle of a two week holiday.

Accessibility: The villa has a ground floor and first floor with steps. Once on the first floor level it would not be necessary to go up and down stairs as there is a bedroom with en-suite. All the living rooms, pool, jacuzzi and patios are on this level.

 

Outside: There is a main front patio with barbecue overlooking the sea and countryside. There is a patio behind the villa which has gates at either end so children will be safe. There is a pool (8.5m x 4.5m) and jacuzzi with their surrounding patio. There is a large amount of patio furniture including large table and chairs, round table and chairs, sun loungers and lounging chairs.
